Norman Moulsley established Norman Weton Photography in 1971 and quickly gained recognition in the local community in offering a wide range of photographic services. Local schools, businesses and the population of the vicinity soon became regular clients.
The business offering general photographic services gained customers for Marine, Gas, Aviation, Coal, Security Printing, Automotive, Construction and Computer industries.
During 1977-79 Norman extended his studios to South Africa where he was commissioned by the South African Army, Air Force and Navy to photograph the military leaders. PR companies also commissioned photography of Miss South Africa and Heads of State. Thereafter followed work from Thomas De la Rue for banknote security printing.
Norman is married to Doreen and has two children and four grandchildren. Norman is an Associate of the BIPP and gained a BA Honours Degree in Photography and Digital Imaging at Reading College of Arts and Design, validated by Oxford Brookes University.
Now at retirement age, Norman is keen to assist others in gaining experience in photographic knowledge to further their interests in advancing technology with higher education. Hence the involvement in tutorship with Open College of the Arts.
