Csilla Toldy

I live on the East Coast of Northern Ireland, at the feet of the Mourne Mountains. I have a first degree in German language and literature, which I gained in Germany and a masters degree in Creative Writing from Sheffield University.

I am also a published author of non-fiction books and a novel. I have had short stories and poetry published in literary magazines.

I have been a tutor with the Open College of the Arts since 2005, tutoring Starting to Write, and Poetry 1 and the Experience of Poetry. I run group tutorials in script editing and script writing workshops at various venues in Ulster and tutor postal students. I tutor students of all ages and abilities who would like to develop their work further. The Course allows people to work from their own homes, in their own time, and develop at their own pace, with the support of a tutor.
