Photography in the Carding Mill Valley

on 4th October 2008

Following the success of the one day workshops held in Cardington village, these new events at Carding Mill Valley enable indoor group sessions to be combined with outdoor photography over a two day period.Carding Mill Valley is a part of The Long Mynd, an upland wilderness owned and cared for by The National Trust. Photographers interested in landscape or natural history will find a variety of subject matter in the locale; we may also venture further afield. For the indoor sessions we shall use National Trust facilities, with a separate education room adjacent to the café and shop. There will be tutor presentations, although the main focus will be critique of participants’ work, as well as allowing time to raise any issues regarding your image making.

Previous participants have emphasized the enjoyment and value of meeting fellow students and seeing their work, as well as receiving their own feedback.

Price:£80 OCA students, £90 non students (2 day)
