“The media I am uploading or linking to the OCA website is my own property or I have relevant permission to use the media from its owner. Models and individuals featured in work I upload or link to have given approval for their image to be publicly used. The content of uploaded or linked-to media is not offensive or of an inappropriate nature.”

OCA (the Open College of the Arts) reserves the right to remove any media that does not conform to the above

The work contained in the portfolios on this website is the property of the students and tutors of OCA, and may not be used in any context without their prior consent.


Usernames and Accounts

OCA reserves the right to change a person's username if that username is decided to be offensive. If you notice a username on this website that you believe to be offensive, please send an e-mail to paulvincent[at]oca-uk.com. If you username is changed by OCA, you will be informed by e-mail of our reasoning behind this, and offer you the opportunity to change your username to something else of your own choosing.


It is not possible to delete user accounts from the OCA website. The reason for this is the need for all contributions to be assigned to an individual user.

The information which you submit to OCA via this website during registration and enrolment (including E-mail address) is used solely by the Open College of the Arts and its accrediting University. If you upload work to this website which you do not want to be publically available you must mark it as 'Private'. The OCA forums are only viewable by OCA students, tutors and staff.
