Payment Options

ProtX/Sage Pay (online)

Sage Pay, formerly Protx, accept a wide range of Credit and Debit cards. Choosing this option will take you to ProtX / Sage Pay's secure payment server, where you will be asked to enter your card details. See www.sagepay.com for more information.

When paying for your courses online, you can still take advantage of full-level 5% discounts. This discount is automatically deducted when you enrol on:

Three level 1 courses
Two level 2 courses
Two level 3 courses

By Phone

We can take your payment over the phone; please either call 0800 731 2116 or use the call back feature if you wish to have an OCA staff member call you back to take your enrollment. We endeavour to call back within 2 hours between 9:00am and 3:00pm, subject to demand.

By Post

By Direct Debit

Complete your order online as usual, your deposit will be taken online through ProtX / Sage Pay. Then call us on 0800 731 2116 and one of our friendly staff will set up your Direct Debit with you. We can even call you back if it’s more convenient.

Fees

The standard course fee at level 1 is £595, level 2 and 3 courses cost £695. There is a £50 supplement if you wish to have face-to-face tuition, this must be paid over the phone when you call to have a tutor allocated.

If you wish to pay by installment, the fee at level 1 is £280 deposit and five payments of £68. Al levels 2 and 3, the deposit is £312 with 6 monthly installments of £68.

Delivery of materials

Your course materials will be delivered to you by APC couriers. We aim to have your materials delivered to you within 8 working days of cleared payment for UK residents.
