Payment Options

The OCA currently supports a number of payment options with more to come in the near future

PayPal

Anyone who uses eBay will be familiar with PayPal. You don't need a PayPal account in order to make a payment, but for those who do, making a payment is as simple as entering your login details. Choosing this option will take you to PayPal's secure payment server, where you will be asked to enter your card details. See www.paypal.com for more information.

ProtX

Protx accept a wide range of Credit and Debit cards. Choosing this option will take you to Protx's secure payment server, where you will be asked to enter your card details. See www.protx.com for more information.

By Phone

We can take your payment over the phone; please either call 0800 731 2116 or use the call back feature if you wish to have an OCA staff member call you back to take your enrollment. We endeavor to call back within 2 hours between 9:00am and 3:00pm, subject to demand.

By Post

By Direct Debit

Complete your order online as usual, then call us on 0800 731 2116 and one of our friendly staff will set up your Direct Debit with you. We can even call you back if it’s more convenient.

Fees

The standard course fee is £580. The only exception is the slightly shorter course in Calligraphy. This course costs £450.

If you wish to pay by installment, the standard course fee is £280 deposit and five payments of £65. The payment by instalment cost for Calligraphy is £280 deposit and three payments of £65.

Delivery of materials

Your course materials will be delivered to you by APC couriers. We aim to have your materials delivered to you within 8 working days of cleared payment for UK residents.
