P1: Watercolour
OverviewThis course will help students explore the many different ways watercolours can be used and will develop your visual awareness and ability to use tone and colour effectively. Students are encouraged to look at a wide range of source materials for inspiration. In addition, the course will increase knowledge of the history of watercolour painting, including work of the twentieth century. What does the course cover?
Course AssessmentYou will receive comments and direction from your tutor throughout the course. If you choose to have your work formally assessed, you will receive details on submitting a folio of work with the course materials. Higher Education Credit: 40 credit points at Level 1. |
