Public Transport

Visitors should get a train to Barnsley, which is on the Sheffield – Leeds and the Sheffield-Huddersfield rail lines. Trains run two to three times an hour and the journey times are typically 25 minutes from Sheffield, 30-50 minutes from Leeds and 50 minutes from Huddersfield. Bicycles are carried on all services.

From the railway station the OCA is on the 18, 95, 95A, 443 and 444 bus routes. Services are frequent and the journey takes between five and ten minutes. Ask the driver to let you know when you arrive at Redbrook Business Park.

Walking and Cycling

The OCA is less than two miles from the railway station. Please see the map below. There is secure cycle storage available.

Driving

Car Parking spaces at the OCA are extremely limited. Visitors from the South should leave the M1 at junction 37, visitors from the North should leave at junction 38. The OCA is just off the A635. Please see the map below.

Disabled Access

OCA has ramps for wheelchair access, a disabled toilet and a lift for access to gallery and workshop space on the lower floor
